Our Team Leader
Ms.Yasminah Abdullah, M.S., CCC-SLP is our principal Speech-Language Pathologist. It is Ms. Abdullah’s knowledge, experience and forward-thinking that makes her a visionary in the field. Her concept and implementation of mobile speech therapists demonstrates her understanding that interacting with people in their own environments is key to providing optimum treatment results.
For over a decade, Ms. Abdullah has been working with patients who experience speech and language impairment due to stroke, dementia, traumatic brain injuries, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis,dysphagia, aphasia, dysarthria, and she has extensive knowledge of augmentative communication methods.
Ms. Abdullah’s innovative methods include the development of comprehensive treatment packages for adult and geriatric patients in the health care industry, including in-patient, outpatient, assisted living centers, private practice and home health.
Always having the patient’s needs at the forefront, Ms. Abdullah is a “mobile therapist” who prefers to meet people where they are. This includes traveling to senior communities, adult group homes, community programs, and assisted living centers.
Additionally, Ms. Abdullah and her team of therapists travel to provide therapy to children in schools, daycare centers, home daycare centers.

Our team of speech therapists are on the cutting edge of the industry because we recognize and effectively address that need for our clients. We bring therapy to the patient, whether they are at home, in adult living centers, in the hospital, at schools or daycare facilities.

We understand that no two people have the same needs, so we work in conjunction with other health care providers to devise an individual treatment plan for each patient.
The Total Speech Therapy team is an integral part of a larger multidisciplinary team comprised of speech therapists, physicians, physical therapists, caregivers, and administrative staff.
